PRESERVE ETOWAH VALLEY

OUR VOICES MUST BE HEARD

High Density Housing

proposed on the South Course, new Sewage Treatment Plant REMAINS

Tribute Investment & Development, Inc. has withdrawn its request for a Special Use Permit (SUP) for 343 RV sites on the West and South courses of the Etowah Valley Golf & Resort.

Tribute has since submitted a new plan to Henderson County for a subdivision with 200 lots, possibly duplexes, on the club's South course.

Here are links to the plan and the application form.

The lawsuit filed by the Etowah Valley Preservation Society (EVPS), which argues the South and West courses must remain golf courses “in perpetuity,” remains in place.
